Your Everyday Workout

Can you workout everyday? I don’t know. I don’t have the answer. I just do it.

When I search for an answer to that question, I find numerous studies claiming that pushing yourself hard at the gym every single day is not beneficial for muscle growth or health.

I’m not sure how the rest of the world operates, but I know how I do. I am accountable for how I feel, and I feel better after a workout. That’s why I go every single day.

Whenever I deviate my actions from my outcomes, everything else starts to shift in the same direction. Choosing the easy option and skipping a workout makes my whole world lean towards laziness. Opting for comfort in my diet leads my entire lifestyle to become too comfortable. And when that happens, I don’t feel that great anymore.

So I am happy if you can take a day off…or many days off, but better I prepare and head to the gym now.
