Many gurus talk about habits and how they shape who you are.
I am waking up at 5:15 everyday (no-matter-what) for three months straight now. I already shared some insights in previous posts.
First is that I don’t have to run like a headless chicken in the morning, trying to do so many things in such a short time. I take my time to stretch, meditate, prepare a good breakfast and read. When I head to the gym is still early and by the time I finish and I am eating my post workout snack, I believe I am the best. It is still 10:00 am and I feel like a winner.
It is exactly in that specific moment when the habits are formed inside me. I become so aware of my internal state, that I can feel I will be in a high frequency for the rest of the day. From there, everything is a breeze: from choosing the right food to focus on what matters.
Night time is a different story. No time to be wasted in front of the tv or scrolling social media. Just feeling sleepy and willing to feel in a high frequency again the next day.
This cycle helps me on searching for results on longer terms, adjusting the program if I need to for the outcomes I deserve, and giving me the time that I need to reflect and grow.
