Back in track

It is 6:18 in the morning and I’ve already got my breakfast after a morning stretch session and 15 minutes of meditation.

How can the day go wrong this way?

I am going to start grinding right away and head to the gym.

By 10 am I’ll be the winner.

How did I do it? I didn’t even start the negotiation process in my head. Alarm>wake up>go for it. That’s it.
